The essence of the project
Digital experience monitoring (DEM): the process of analyzing usage and performance data across devices, applications, infrastructure, and services to understand how end users’ interactions with technology affect the quality of their digital experience.
Creating a monitoring architecture in Gartner DEM method model and actual execution on existing systems.
Monitoring will focus on monitoring the business process of each system and a large business process above it.
In addition, a WEB system will be developed that will display and analyze the monitoring

Project Tasks
•	Create a full monitoring documentation document	
•	Performing actual monitoring according to the Splunk system based on DEM method
•	Establishment of a WEB system and development of algorithms for calculating a monitoring scheme into a business process
