In the beginning of the project there is a initiation meeting that includes all students and project guides. In
the meeting we discuss how all projects are managed and monitored.
Preferrably on the same day there is a meeting that the project guide has with their students. In that meeting
the first sprint is discussed. The first sprint is a planning sprint that results in an early version of the
project's document. The project's guide then sends the first Sprint Report to the project manager and that
confirms that the project has started. Every sprint lasts 1 month.
A week later there is a meeting between the students and the project guide to check how things are progressing.
This is done every week without sending a report.
After 1 month from the initiation meeting, the first sprint ends. The students have prepared a document that
includes that contents of a PRD and SRS documents. This document will later be edited with the progression of
the development. The project guide gives tasks for the next sprint and sends a Sprint Report to Eliel. The
report will include completed tasks (creation of a plan) and the next tasks to work on for the next sprint.
Every week the student and the project guide meet and discuss how things are moving forward. While every month
there is a Sprint Meeting in which a report is sent to the project manager. This is done until the end of the
project.
The contents of the final product is a .zip that contains all of the following:
