FullStack – Entrepreneurship =========================================================== Project in the field of full-stack Entrepreneurship in the field of Technological Innovation Duration of the project Two-semester project The Main Goals of the course Being a part of the Israeli innovation echo system requires the understanding of the existing frameworks of creating and launching a successful startup and building a fundamental infostructure for those ideas to flourish and scale. This course aims to provide the necessary and practical skills of the main steps of realizing their technological initiative, from finding the competitive edge in various fields and environments to storing information in databases and executing it withing the HIT infrastructures and guidance. At the end of the course, students will have the necessary tool sets and knowledge to design and lunch their first mock-up for their startup, including competitor analysis, market research, and the beginning of creating and developing an MVP. (Minimum Viable Product). We invite our students to join us on this practical and up-to-date course, designed especially to equip them with entrepreneurial tools and help them build the main structure of the building and realize their next startup. Project Tasks 10% - Understanding and getting familiarized with the lean startup methodology and the most common frameworks of technological innovation. 20% - Understanding and getting familiarized with market trends and research for validating your startup ideas, including getting acquainted with competitor analysis tools and business methodologies for startup business models and more. 10 % - A detailed characterization of launching your MPV, setting the necessary indexes for market fit, and following step decisions. 50 % - MVP/ prototype/mock-up development of an application selected as a concluding project (the project will be carried out in groups of 2-3 students). 10 % - Investors simulation for project presentation (frontal presentation in class + preparation of a poster to describe your startup and market potential) Number of participants: 5-7 groups of 4-7 students each. Suitable for students: Research objectives: A project designed for students of E&E Engineering and Industrial Engineering and Management, Faculty of Design. Implementation objectives: A project designed for students of computer science / applied mathematics/ E&E Engineering, Faculty of Design. The emphasis in the MVP execution: The project has the right atmosphere of a startup company, which combines meeting deadlines while being creative and focusing on the task. The work is multidisciplinary, paid for by students from other faculties and possibly other institutions. About your lecturer: Mr. Alex Lyhovez (MBA) is a senior marketing and business development executive with a solid entrepreneurial background and a proven track record of tens of millions of dollars in international sales for startups and well-established organizations.
