Description
Industrial Cloud Collaboration Description: The primary goal of this project is to expand the capabilities of an existing commercial 3D visualization and simulation web application for industrial collaboration purposes with online meeting capabilities. By incorporating online meeting functionalities, we aim to provide users with a comprehensive platform that facilitates real-time collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making. This endeavour involves research, evaluation of alternatives, development of selected solutions, and seamless integration into the web application. Key Project Tasks: 1. Research and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research on various alternatives for adding online meeting capabilities to a web application designed for industrial collaboration. Evaluate each alternative'-s suitability based on factors such as invitations, audio, video, compatibility with desktops and tablets, and integration potential. Present the pros and cons of each approach and actively participate in selecting the alternative for implementation. 2. Development and Integration: Develop the selected alternative for online meeting capabilities and seamlessly integrate it into the commercial 3D web application for visualization and simulation. Ensure a user-friendly interface for initiating, joining, and managing online meetings within the application. Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure stability, performance, and compatibility across devices. Candidate Requirements: • Project is designed for computer science students • Ability to research new and existing technologies • Web development knowledge using Angular Number of participants: 2-3 groups of 4-7 students each.
