Urbanic Agriculture Project Cooperation with the company Netafim. Project in the field of full-stack IoT in agriculture: For real-time farm monitoring IoT in agriculture uses drones, remote sensors, and computer imaging combined with continuously progressing machine learning and analytical tools for monitoring crops, surveying, and mapping the fields, and providing data to farmers for rational farm management plans to save both time and. Money. Project Brief Description: Smart Farming is sensor-based crop growing IoT application system. sensors can be used for precise assessment of temperature, moisture, soil status, and crop types in a specified area]. Therefore, data can be analyzed by the IoT for planned increment in agricultural and crop yields. integrated with Smart Campus Environment being realized in HIT. Smart Urban Farming system includes three major Smart Agriculture functionalities: Hydroponic Water management system, LoRaWAN connectivity environment, Sensor based AI system for maintaining optimal climatic indicators. Duration of the project Two-semester project Applications of the Solution: Smart Urban Agro Solution gives students opportunity to work with finalized industrial project covering multi layer environment and knowledge including Web, LoRaWAN advanced connectivity solution, AI, data sensing to implement real Smart Farming application. Definitely the project will require integration of the mentioned above layers under supervision of the experienced industry professionals.
