General Description
Design and create a chat web application.
Project Scope
Plan a uniqe chat application of your choice. 
Pick a theme and purpose for the chat.
Build server client and database.
Student Requirements
List expectations from students, such as:
- Teamwork
- Full attendance in weekly meetings
- High motivation
- Independent learning
- Personal responsibility
Development Tools
Node.js / or any other preferred server-side framework.
Reach.js/ or any other preferred client-side framework.
MySQL or any other relational database schemes.
Deliverables
List all required deliverables:
- Specification document
- YouTube video
- Poster
- Presentation
- GitHub link to the code
